Main repair
We cleaned all the damaged parts and used a proven method to replace the pipes. Each element was carefully thought out: the pipes were bent using special equipment, the joints were securely soldered, and the circuit was restored according to factory standards.
The foam for insulation was prepared strictly according to calculations - about 100 grams for this volume. The mixture was carefully poured through the prepared hole so that everything was distributed evenly. At this stage, it was important to fix the elements to avoid swelling.
When the pipes and insulation were ready, we added aluminum tape for tightness and assembled the structure back. Even the refrigerator legs were replaced with more reliable ones - from the Biryusa model.
Final stage
After all the work, we filled the refrigerator with freon, checked the pressure and conducted tests. The client also asked to replace the freezer seal. We did it without removing the doors, using strong screws and carefully fitting each corner.
The customer was surprised that the repair cost only 10,500 rubles, including replacing the seal. For comparison, the previous repairman asked just for cutting the outline.
